HAMMER CONSTRUCTION CASE STUDY

2225 NW 34 — Ground-Up New Construction

From an impractical remodel to a completely new Oklahoma City home, built from demolition through completion.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

A New Home Built After Full Demolition

The original property was first considered for remodeling. After evaluating the existing structure, remodeling was not practical. Hammer Construction demolished the old house, prepared the site and managed the complete ground-up construction of a new home. The finished residence is the dark gray home shown throughout this case study.
